Hamish, with his wife Joan and his sons Martin and Nigel, now collect between 10 and 30 tons of honey every year from over 700 hives distributed throughout the Highlands of Scotland. The bees forage a wide range of flowers and blossoms offering the consumer an unrivalled selection of honey types.
